As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Systems Director. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the HRIS and payroll function, ensuring the seamless integration of HR policy and process with the ADP Workforce Now HCM system and Relias, our learning management system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HRIS management and LMS administration, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
  • Recent experience with and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Relias.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
  • Familiarity with best practices in HR technology and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) strategy to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HRIS is aligned with organizational needs.
  • Oversee payroll processing & data entry team and ensure compliance, accuracy, and on-time completion.
  • Facilitate systems and operational aspects of the performance review process, annual merit cycle, and annual and quarterly bonuses and associated planning in the HRIS system.
  • Create and maintain system operating codes and policies in collaboration with stakeholders, including payroll, benefits, job codes, etc.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, integration, and feeds with external vendors (i.e., benefits carriers) and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
  • Establish seamless integration between ATS (Applicant Tracking System), HRIS, and the Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the LMS.
  • Implement and enforce data security measures to maintain safeguards for employee information and PII.
  • Understand and track changes to relevant laws and regulations, as it relates to systems configurations, enhancements, payroll, etc., and ensure compliance and that any necessary updates are implemented.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on HRIS and LMS functionality.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user guidance on all HR systems.
  • Recommend updates and oversee implementation and communication of updates to the internal automated personnel transaction request system, MN Connect.
  • Generate reports, analyze HR and training metrics, and provide visual representations and insights to provide information for our HR and Leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Compile and report corporate-wide ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) metrics.
  • Develop and produce other regular and ad-hoc reports for HR and leadership teams.
