About The Position

Samaritans Purse is looking for a HR Support Services Analyst to join our team in either Boone, NC or North Wilkesboro, NC. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and improving our HR processes within PeopleSoft (data tracking system), ensuring data integrity, optimizing workflows, and enhancing system efficiencies. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management or related field
  • Three or more years of experience supporting with PeopleSoft; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Thorough knowledge of PeopleSoft HR functions and processes preferred, other people or data tracking software beneficial
  • Thorough knowledge of HR processes and data maintenance
  • General knowledge of Time & Labor systems and processes
  • Ability to navigate and work within complex information systems
  • 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire

Responsibilities

  • Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
  • Coordinate HR process flows in the HRIS system, performing data entry, audits, approvals, and ensuring timely and appropriate completion of requests
  • Audit data, working with leaders as well as HR, IT, and Payroll to resolve discrepancies and processes adjustments
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
  • Manage HR Helpdesk tickets in the JIRA system, resolving or assigning cases, and leveraging FAQs
  • Recommend and help implement HRIS process and service improvements in collaboration with IT and HR subject matter experts to enhance efficiency
  • Assist in creating end-user documentation, providing training materials and support as needed
  • All other duties as assigned
