The HR Support Partner uses their broad knowledge of one or more specialty functions (Administrative, Employment, HRIS, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Retirement, Leave) to provide support to function Specialists by performing assigned individual tasks with a limited degree of supervision. Has working knowledge and skills in the HR body of knowledge through training and work experience. Identifies issues within assigned tasks and brings them to the attention of more senior personnel. May take on more complex administrative tasks with less supervision. In addition, this role will provide Tier 2 level support to the HR Help Desk and provide primary and secondary backup coverage for front desk duties as needed as well as serve as a knowledge resource to HR Office Assistants.
