We are seeking a motivated and high-performing student to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, and goal-oriented environment. As a TRD intern, you will be an integral part of the team and take on meaningful work that is both educational and impactful. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information responsibly

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and hiring support: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with candidate communication.
  • HR administration: Maintain and update employee records, manage HR documentation, and support data entry tasks.
  • Onboarding and employee relations: Assist with new hire orientation, support payroll information collection, and help respond to employee inquiries.
  • Programs and events: Help coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, and HR-related projects.
  • Policy and compliance: Support HR policy implementation and help ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures.
