The position involves executing benefits portfolios by partnering with Third Party Administrator vendor partners to resolve escalated issues.   • Implement the strategic direction for the business in support of designated functional HR area.
  • Manage portions of complex projects/programs including assisting with design and developing project plans.
  • Poll data and conduct basic analysis, creating presentations to HR and business leadership.
  • Track against SLAs and other key performance indicators.
  • Support the design, development, and execution of HR practices, programs, and initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, Public Administration or related field.
  • Minimum six (6) years experience in human resources, business operations, or a related field.
