About The Position
Responsible for leading the day-to-day support to multiple Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) for various client groups across loanDepot. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting in employee life cycle changes, resolving data issues, HR reporting, and providing general support to the HRBP team. Partners with other internal HR teams to support the mission of HR. This position ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
