About The Position

Whether you're in the heart of North America or working remotely, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals to support a dynamic, multinational workforce. As a People Relations Partner – HR, you will play a key role in aligning global people relations strategies with regional needs across the US, Canada, and Mexico, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in People Relations, Employee Relations, or HR leadership roles in a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR and PR practices, policies, and employment laws across multiple US states, Canada, and Mexico (additional countries are a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and present key insights and data to executive audiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional and global teams.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and high-risk cases with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives and supporting scalable HR models.
  • C2+ level Spanish proficiency required; Portuguese is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee the regional execution of workplace investigations, accommodations, corrective actions, and related initiatives, ensuring compliance with local and global standards.
  • Lead and actively contribute to global HR and People Relations process improvement projects.
  • Serve as the escalation point for high-risk and sensitive employee relations matters, including workforce actions and terminations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on regional People Relations metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate potential employee relations risks.
  • Partner closely with Employment Legal, the Business Integrity Office, and HR leadership to address complex regional challenges.
  • Support the implementation of scalable, self-service HR and People Relations models.
  • Drive consistency in the application of global policies, practices, and procedures across the region.
