About The Position

The HR Specialist will provide oversight, direction, and administrative support to all HR functions within the organization. This role serves as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and is responsible for managing various employee programs and assisting with HR Generalist, Benefits, and Payroll functions. The HR Specialist plays a crucial role in balancing the goals of customers, employees, and investors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and/or applicant tracking systems.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees as the first point of contact for inquiries.
  • Execute payroll when required and provide payroll support.
  • Understand and support the FMLA process at Drive.
  • Assist the HR Manager and Assistant HR Manager with projects and special assignments.
  • Administer SAP for the department, including vendor setup, invoice entry, and closing out items.
  • Prepare monthly KPIs and documentation to support HR goals and targets.
  • Participate actively in various audits including EOS, IATF, MaFact, etc.
