The Human Resources Specialist - New Hire Processing is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the new hire employment process. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of new hire documentation, including education and licensure verifications, and maintains the new hire tracking spreadsheet. The Specialist facilitates communication across departments involved in scheduling and onboarding, and actively participates in the weekly new hire orientation program by collecting required documentation and preparing personnel files. In addition to onboarding responsibilities, the HR Specialist administers Tuition and Certification Reimbursement programs and performs a variety of administrative tasks to support the Human Resources department.
