Interface with all functional elements to establish and modify processes, anticipate or solve problems and determine internal customer needs. Receive guidance, direction, and assistance from the Program/Site Manager. Point of contact for employment, training, benefits, hiring, and disciplinary action. Schedule training to meet certification requirements, provide interface with Team Olgoonik Human Resources personnel. Use phone, email, letter, and personal contact to understand/resolve specific employee issues.
