About The Position

The HR Specialist II will play a crucial role within the Assessment Operations Team, supporting the end-to-end implementation and ongoing support of the company's suite of online assessments. This role involves ownership of tactical assessment tasks and the potential to lead small-scale initiatives. The specialist will also support data retrieval and documentation processes, utilizing creativity and judgment to achieve goals. The position involves working under general supervision while reporting to a team manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with technical tools and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within HR.

Nice To Haves

  • HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Proficiency in Quip, Asana, Excel, Outlook, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Agility, high prioritization, and critical thinking.
  • Self-sufficiency and resource utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day operational tasks across assessment build and support functions.
  • Support the testing and validation of assessment workflows.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assessment-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Support ticket management and resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting operational metrics.
