Hyve Solutions is looking for a HR Specialist who will provide support in a variety of Human Resources activities including HR Administration and Staffing. The HR Specialist will be the primary contact for employee questions related to company policies, payroll, health plans, leaves of absences, etc. This role involves interpreting and applying local, state and federal employment laws, managing employee files in HRIS, conducting new hire orientation, and handling the termination exit process. Additionally, the HR Specialist will assist in recruitment activities and coordinate candidate interviews.
