Puget Sound Energy’s Employee Relations department is looking for a HR Specialist – Compliance to join our team. The HR Specialist works independently and in partnership with department leaders to manage both HR compliance activities impacting PSE employees and provide administrative support to the Employee Relations team. This position will have ownership for the day-to-day administration activities and maintenance of verification of I-9s; Department of Transportation (“DOT”) Annual Driver programs and requirements, NERC/FERC validations, labor relations grievances tracking, union correspondence and corporate credit card invoicing. Success in this role requires the individual to be organized, initiative driven, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing a lot of different activities and priorities in different systems and on different teams, at one time. This individual must also understand the importance of abiding by contracts and agreements, and be ready to learn all about our corporate policies.
