About The Position

ADP is hiring a Human Resources Solutions Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for clients using ADP's WorkForce Now Human Resources Technology solution. This role focuses on providing exceptional service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries and service requests while ensuring client satisfaction. Requirements

• 2+ years of client and/or service experience.
• ADP Certified Employee Benefit Specialist certification (preferred).
• Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) (preferred).
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Nice To Haves

• HR Certifications including SHRM, PHR, GBA, CEBS, and/or CHRS (ACA).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ADP's Comprehensive Human Resources clients.
• Manage service request tickets for ADP's WorkForce Now Human Resources Technology solution.
• Proactively communicate with clients to identify problems and offer solutions.
• Educate clients on ADP products and services, providing recommendations for best practices.
• Adapt to a structured environment, prioritizing and organizing daily tasks effectively.
