As an HR Site Associate you will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and driving continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate data, maintain compliance, and foster a positive work environment.

  • Manage HR data change requests, onboarding/offboarding documentation, and employee personnel actions.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports using tools such as SAP, Workforce Analytics, and HR Data Warehouse.
  • Administer collective bargaining agreement requirements, including job bidding and attendance control.
  • Support labor and employee relations with meeting materials, metrics, and union bid processes.
  • Coordinate site-specific new hire orientation and I-9 verification.
  • Execute administrative tasks: managing employee records, HR files, intranet page, and monthly KPIs.
  • Ensure employment-related posters are up to date and displayed in work areas.
  • Organize meeting logistics, trainings, and HR events.
  • Support performance management and interact with all levels of management and vendors.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and complete other duties as assigned by the HRBP Manager.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to uncover trends and performance gaps.
  • Maintain documentation and standards for evaluation processes and data governance.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that inform strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Consistently honors policies, procedures, and work requirements, ensuring all work is correct and confidential.
  • 6 or more months of experience in an administrative role.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Intermediate or greater proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HR systems (SAP, Workforce Software, HR Data Warehouse).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and driven by continuous improvement.
  • Experience in a union-represented work environment.
  • 5 or more years of experience in an administrative role.
  • 3 or more years of experience in an HR role.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Proficient with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of employment/payroll laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for data analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and manage multiple priorities.
