About The Position

This hybrid role, based in our Portsmouth, NH office, will serve as the first point of contact for people operations inquiries across the U.S., ensuring timely and accurate resolution or escalation. The position involves managing core people ops processes, supporting compliance with employment laws, maintaining digital employee files, and coordinating with various departments for smooth process execution. Additionally, the role includes HRIS administration, leave coordination, benefits administration, and employee support, ensuring a seamless experience for employees globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for people operations inquiries across the U.S.
  • Manage core people ops processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and data management.
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Maintain digital employee files and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and external vendors for process execution.
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the HRIS.
  • Support HR data governance and maintain global data accuracy across all modules.
  • Develop and deliver HR data dashboards and standard reports.
  • Partner with IT and HR leadership to implement system enhancements.
  • Support integration between HRIS and third-party systems.
  • Administer leave of absence programs in accordance with laws and company policy.
  • Partner with payroll to ensure accurate pay calculations and leave tracking.
  • Collaborate with benefits and regional people partners for employee support.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and manage benefits enrollment.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Maintain and optimize the HRIS platform.
  • Generate regular reports and analytics from HRIS data.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct HR-related informational sessions for employees.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
  • Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of HRIS data and payroll records.
  • Create and run reports for the Chief People Officer and Finance team.
