We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Shared Services Intern to join our team in Draper, Utah and gain valuable experience in various aspects of HR operations. This role will provide operational support across three key areas: Shared Services , Global Mobility Operations , and Employee Relations Operations. The intern will assist with employee lifecycle transactions, case management, documentation and reporting, mobility coordination activities, and employee relations administrative processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR operational functions while contributing to a high-performing, service-oriented team. Please note this is a 6 month Coop Internship - Starting in June 2026

Requirements

  • Recently graduated or in process to graduate with a Bachelor's degree / Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR operations and shared services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience or coursework in HR is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
  • Help maintain and update HR systems and databases with accurate employee information.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Provide administrative support for Global Mobility Operations, including tracking mobility cases, coordinating documentation, and supporting vendor communication.
  • Support Employee Relations Operations with case tracking, documentation preparation, and process coordination.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and data analysis for management.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
