This job involves performing daily operational functions for the HR Shared Services team, providing both front-end and back-end support to Highmark Health Enterprise. The role is responsible for executing transactional processes related to HR Shared Services programs from various centers of excellence, talent excellence leaders, and business leaders. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service, quality, teamwork, and employee engagement. The individual in this role ensures that customer requests are completed accurately and reliably in a timely manner. The position requires some understanding of the administration and regulatory requirements specific to one or more Total Rewards (TR) disciplines, such as broad-based compensation, health & welfare and retirement benefits programs, leave administration, talent acquisition operations, audit, and regulatory compliance. Key Experience Preferred: UKG knowledge: Demonstrated familiarity with UKG systems. Leave of absence Background: Experience with case management related to leaves of absence. Workday Experience: Familiarity and experience with the Workday platform. This is a remote based role.
