This role is critical to deliver consistent, high-quality service experience for all 14,000 employees across the organization and the achievement of our goal to deliver a world-class experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about people, operational excellence, and continuously improving the way we support our workforce. This leader will guide a team of HR representatives to resolve employee inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency, and will be responsible for service delivery metrics, improving usage/accuracy of knowledge management, and employee satisfaction.
