About The Position

The HR Services Specialist serves as the first point of contact for all Human Resources (HR) customers, providing high-level customer service in response to HR inquiries and offering administrative support for various HR functions. This role is hybrid, allowing for flexible work arrangements, and is essential in ensuring effective communication and support within the HR department.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is required; in lieu of degree, 4 years of human resources experience may be accepted.
• If experience is substituted for degree, then a High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Human Resources or Health Care Administration Degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of personal computers and working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Accurate keyboarding skills required.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and pay close attention to detail.
• Proficient in operating general office equipment: multi-line phone, fax machine, scanner, and copier.
