Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 1+ year of related experience.
• Ability to work in office 1 day a week.

Nice To Haves

• Prior HR experience and knowledge of HR.
• Experience in a customer service or other relevant customer facing role.
• Intermediate skills in Adobe, Microsoft Office products, including Outlook (or other calendar management systems).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Human Resources department.
• Act as the primary contact for records retention and retrieval processes.
• Complete I-9 verifications for associates.
• Conduct HR related audits.
• Manage HR related mail.
• Serve as the primary expeditor for HR Services information requests and employment verifications.
• Own scheduling for candidate interviews for US Retail.
