About The Position

Foot Locker is seeking an experienced Human Resources Services Representative to join their dynamic, collaborative team. The Human Resources Service Center is the first point of contact for all Total Rewards (Benefits, Compensation, HR Management Systems, Mobility) inquiries for Foot Locker team members. The HR Services Representative provides a high level of customer service in response to team member and retiree questions, telephonically and via email. This individual provides administrative support for the day-to-day administration of Foot Locker Team member life cycle programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant benefits work experience required.
  • 2+ years of customer service and/or call center experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • PeopleSoft and/or HRIS experience preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize, organize, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in operating general office equipment: multi-line phone.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level, first point of contact, customer service to Team Members in response to HR related inquiries via phone, email, and ServiceNow cases while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Answer questions, research information, and assist with problem resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Actively monitor case load volumes to ensure effective response and resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues and cases to appropriate team members and departments.
  • Respond to HR Services emails, complete government-required forms, processing of benefit related enrollment forms, resolving system errors, assisting with Self-Service functionality and health insurance.
  • Provide detailed research related to benefit inquiries, and appropriate response to team members and key business partners.
  • Process HR system updates, run daily queries from PeopleSoft, and submit life insurance claims.
  • Update process documentation and provide continuous feedback opportunities.
  • Provide a welcoming and responsive atmosphere, including over the phone, while maintaining high quality customer service.
  • Maintain a confidential and compliant environment with all inbound and outbound correspondence in accordance with company and government regulations.
  • Assist with various office tasks and provide backup to other team members as required.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile, remote team environment.
