Reporting to the HR Services Manager, the HR SSC Service Specialist II is responsible for processing HR transactions and exceptions that are escalated from HR SSC Service Specialist I. This position is integral to the processing end-to-end transactions throughout the employee cycle and ensures that all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies. The HR SSC Service Specialist II also supports critical HR activities such as onboarding and compliance, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
