The Human Resources Representative I is responsible for providing first-line HR support, guidance, and information to employees and managers. This role coordinates data and information which includes but is not limited to: processing general requests related to employment information, I-9 maintenance, leave management and FMLA review, HR-related system support, and administration and data tracking of reports. The HR Representative plays a crucial role in improving efficiency, productivity and delivery of hassle-free service to employees system wide.
