About The Position

The position serves as the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries related to benefits, employment policies, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, and performance management. The role involves assisting with Tier 1 questions and issues, utilizing a knowledgebase to respond to inquiries, and escalating more complex issues as necessary while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
