About The Position
The HR Service Center Associate 1 serves as the first point of contact for the Shared Service Center (SSC) at Baylor Scott & White Health. This role is responsible for handling HR inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, and assisting employees and managers with various HR-related processes. The associate will work closely with SSC leadership and other HR partners to resolve complex inquiries and improve service quality.
