Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of HR and payroll experience, ideally in a client service or consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software, benefits portals, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client priorities.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and maintain accurate records.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR, SPHR, or other relevant HR certification.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client HR activities, including benefits administration, employee relations, risk management/compliance, leave management, onboarding/offboarding, and policy administration.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR outsourcing processes and best practices to ensure accurate and timely client support.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise internal staff to ensure high‑quality work and adherence to Armanino standards.
  • Participate in client projects, including scoping, implementation, and ongoing support, either on‑site or remotely.
  • Identify operational issues and escalate as needed, recommending process improvements and innovations.
  • Maintain client and payroll records, audit data for accuracy, and prepare reports as required.
  • Support business development by identifying client opportunities and assisting with proposals, pricing, and change orders.
  • Stay current on HR trends, regulations, and industry standards; pursue relevant professional certifications as applicable.
