The HR Scheduling Coordinator is the central hub for Purgatory Resort's operational efficiency and employee scheduling. This role acts as a key partner to both department managers and Human Resources, utilizing our HRIS platform, Paycom, to build, manage, and optimize schedules. You will be the subject matter expert on our scheduling system, ensuring that we have the right people in the right place at the right time to deliver an exceptional guest experience, all while supporting fair, consistent HR practices. This is a seasonal position from 10/1/2025 to 4/15/2025. Dates are subject to change based on the availability of the applicant and needs of the business.
