We are a leader in the alternative fuels marketplace, providing custom engineered and manufactured processing equipment in the compressed natural gas and liquid natural gas markets. We are looking for a dynamic, enterprising individual to add to our growing business. Requirements

Experience with HRIS and LMS systems.
Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Bachelors degree in HR, Safety, or related field required.
Three to Five years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with Recruiting, Placement and Onboarding new employess.
Ensure all compliance training is up to date and completed.
Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company.
