The HR Representative is responsible for team member relations and satisfaction. He/She is responsible for all talent management processes and practices. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year experience preferred
  • Experience in Management or Human Resources required
  • Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
  • Ability to work at a fast-paced but efficient and controlled manner
  • Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude

Responsibilities

  • Has oversight of talent management processes including investigations, performance reviews, corrective actions, and terminations
  • Accept and process all applications and work with managers on staffing needs
  • Conduct screening interviews for all positions
  • Evaluate HR practices at RC Taylor to ensure best practices are implemented
  • Coordinate and teams with department managers on talent management actions
  • Ensure all paperwork related to talent management practices is complete, on time, and accurate
  • Know every team member by name and is along with management responsible for positive talent relations and development plans
  • Conduct new team member orientation and ensure proper training is implemented
  • Ensure all new full time team members understand benefits and how to complete benefits paperwork
  • Report general information to the Spirit and Spirit Too publications
  • Responsible for payroll procedures for team members
  • Oversee team member recognition and communication programs
  • Responsible for identifying areas of opportunity related to team member relations
  • Responsible for proper investigation and documentation of all accidents
  • Coordinate performance reviews and discipline process
  • Conduct exit interviews, track turnover and retention, and monitor staffing trends
  • Assist with special projects
  • Attend meetings offsite as needed
  • Performs other duties as requested or required by a higher level of management
