The HR Representative is responsible for providing HR support and guidance to employees and managers. This role involves handling HR administrative tasks and supporting HR policies and programs including but not limited to recruitment, engagement, Kronos administration and/or performance management. The HR Representative provides on-the-spot HR support for employee questions/concerns (i.e. interpersonal conflicts, benefits questions, or work issues) and advises and assists employees on protocols to address employee relations matters. Additionally, the representative assists with attendance issues, promotes a positive workplace culture, ensures compliance with labor laws, and helps onboard new team members.
