About The Position
The HR Reporting Analyst at Nike Inc. is responsible for developing human resource management strategies and policies to support and meet business needs with specialized areas of focus including talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, mobility, diversity, and employee/labor relations. The role involves providing business analysis, system design, testing, and training for HR systems and processes. The analyst will monitor various HR systems in production environments, create and maintain HR systems quality control, application security standards, and governance. The position requires understanding and communicating complex information specific to the role, creating standard work products for review by colleagues, and supporting the achievement of goals independently while contributing to team performance. The analyst will initiate analysis and investigation to solve related problems, develop expertise, and apply solutions based on experience, identifying the most appropriate options or methods to improve existing approaches. Additionally, the role includes identifying opportunities to enhance reporting functionality to support strategic decision-making and business insights, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and priorities, designing and developing custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using platform tools, and customizing standard reports to meet specific business needs and user requirements. The analyst will also develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports, create user documentation, provide training to stakeholders on accessing and interpreting reports, and monitor industry trends and best practices in HR reporting and analytics. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from certain states.
