About The Position

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all HR-related functions and requirements for the region. Supporting the sales leaders, the Human Resources Manager will provide HR strategy and support to the Southeast region across various sales verticals and functions. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to expertise in the areas of Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance and Talent Management, and Coaching. The HR Manager will be responsible for coaching and guiding senior sales leaders in the region to influence culture, enhance employee engagement, and improve organizational effectiveness. This role will have visibility and interaction with the Division Leadership Team and is a leader of people. Be a driving force in ensuring a strong and committed culture of learning, transparency, ethics, passion, accountability, and efficiency. Drive positive employee relations to provide an optimal work environment for all employees. Effectively deploy communication plans and utilize assessment tools (e.g. the employee survey) to determine organizational issues and action plans. Build organizational capability through ownership of talent management processes including acquisition, assessment, performance management and employee development. Support workforce planning through planning headcount, manning levels, and recruitment. Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading/coaching others through change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of either Charlotte, NC, or Smyrna, GA
  • Solid understanding of local country regulations and standards
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and thoughts to people at all levels of the organization
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50%

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or Master' degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited institution
  • Strong ability to influence and managerial courage
