About The Position

The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for recruiting Security Officers, managing job postings, collaborating with various agencies to secure candidates, and participating in job fairs. This role focuses on building relationships with potential sources of candidates and conducting initial interviews to ensure a strong applicant pool for security positions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Standard computer and technology skills needed.
  • Reliable, accountable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Reliable means of communication and transportation.
  • Legal right to work in the United States.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
  • Entry-level HR position with excellent customer service skills.
  • 2 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit Security Officers and manage job postings.
  • Work with agencies and other sources to secure candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs to attract potential applicants.
  • Identify potential sources for recruiting Security Officers.
  • Develop effective media campaigns for job advertisements.
  • Conduct initial interviews before referring candidates to branch offices.
  • Participate in applicant screening and administer surveys.
  • Review employment applications and evaluate qualifications.
  • Match applicants with job requirements using search methods.
  • Inform applicants about job duties, compensation, and company policies.
  • Maintain records of applicants not selected for employment.
