About The Position
BorgWarner is currently looking for a curious, enthusiastic and results driven individual to join as HR Generalist at our Propulsion Technical Center in Auburn Hills, MI. Reporting to the US Human Resources Shared Services Senior Manager, the HR Generalist is responsible for the AH employee groups, HR data & analytics, performing advanced-level Human Resource generalist support on partnerships with various stakeholders to help build and deliver on key business strategies such as Engagement, Communication, Training and Wellness. There is a strong focus on data and analytics, communication, people development, structure, process and project management.
