About The Position

The HR & Recruiting Liaison - Warehouse Operations acts as the critical link between Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Operations. This role ensures that staffing needs are met efficiently while maintaining compliance with HR policies, safety standards, and operational requirements. You will manage headcount tracking, requisition submissions, candidate interviews, and onboarding for non-exempt hourly roles. Partnering closely with the Site HR Manager, you will play a key role in building a strong workforce, driving process improvements, and supporting a safe, productive warehouse environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years in warehouse/distribution operations or a manufacturing facility.
• Experience in HR, recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to present practical solutions.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track headcount changes, submit requisitions, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process for hourly positions to meet operational demands.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations to align staffing strategies, foster positive employee relations, and address workforce challenges.
• Design and deliver effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Enforce HR, safety, and company policies; maintain accurate time, attendance, and performance records.
• Assist in developing and documenting warehouse processes, establish performance standards, and identify opportunities for efficiency.
