About The Position

The HR Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. This role is essential in helping the company attract and hire top talent while ensuring an efficient and professional recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and HRIS platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, including phone, virtual and on-site interviews.
  • Ensure interviewers have the necessary information and materials for a successful interview process.
  • Manage communication with candidates, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates, as needed.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with orientation activities as required.
  • Assist in planning, preparation and execution of recruiting and Human Resources events.
  • Participate in developing new business processes relating to recruiting and Human Resources.
  • Attend and actively participate in job fairs, community events, and other recruitment-related activities to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Process I-9 documentation and verify employment eligibility through E-Verify in compliance with federal regulations.
  • Provide coverage to other HR coordinators including reception.
  • Manage department supplies inventory and replenishment.
  • Facilitate internal employee movements, including transfers, promotions, and role changes, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
  • Other duties as assigned.
