As an HR Recruiter at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing various platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to identify potential candidates. You will be responsible for pre-screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the roles. Managing the full recruitment cycle is essential, which includes coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, negotiating offers, and maintaining accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). In addition to recruitment, you will build a robust candidate network and lead job fairs to promote our staffing services. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies will be key to your success in this role. You will act as the main point of contact for Hiring Managers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their staffing needs. Your role will also encompass reviewing timesheets for payroll accuracy, handling benefits administration, and maintaining employee records. Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, along with general HR administrative tasks, will be part of your daily responsibilities. Furthermore, you will contribute to various HR projects and other assigned duties, ensuring that our HR functions run smoothly and efficiently.
