About The Position
Talent Acquisition at Cardinal Health plays a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and acquiring skilled labor to support business needs. The team manages job advertising, relationships with third-party recruiting agencies, and actively sources candidates at employment fairs and educational institutions. They also oversee the induction of new employees, ensuring a proactive and creative approach to sourcing and screening candidates across all positions.
