About The Position

HR Recruiter Retail Division Location: Flowood, MS Regional Homes is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to support our growing Retail Division. This role will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple locations, helping us attract and hire top talent in sales, operations, and leadership positions. This is an opportunity to move beyond transactional recruiting and play a key role in building proactive talent pipelines, improving hiring quality, and supporting the continued growth of our retail footprint. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for retail roles across multiple locations Partner with General Managers and regional leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of roles, including sales and leadership positions Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles Manage and optimize relationships with third-party recruiting agencies Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding What We're Looking For 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience recruiting in retail, sales, or multi-location environments Experience working with third-party recruiting agencies Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits Opportunity to grow within the retail division Supportive team environment Training and development opportunities EEO Statement Champion Home Builders is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in retail, sales, or multi-location environments
  • Experience working with third-party recruiting agencies
  • Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
