About The Position

Responsible for both the exempt and non-exempt recruitment and selection process to include internal job postings, website and social media advertising, candidate referrals, reviewing resumes, interview coordination, phone screening, behavioral-based interviewing, guiding hiring managers, working with recruiters, attending job fairs, composing and negotiating offers, tracking applicants, checking backgrounds and references, on-boarding new associates, and coordinating the new hire process.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Human Resources or 2+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge about IT recruiting or willing to learn about recruiting in IT

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle of recruiting
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs
  • Maintain thorough understanding and knowledge of current hiring practices, recruitment strategies, staffing industry trends, and all applicable employment laws
  • Ensure timely candidate placements and healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all customers
  • Communicate, market, and sell SECURA to candidates
  • Assist with building SECURA culture and brand
  • Create and manage reports to track and measure staffing results
  • Develop positive relationships with recruiters, vendors, university officials, and all other stakeholders
  • Responsible for campus relations
  • Provide support to and work with other functional areas of Human Resources including compensation, payroll, benefits, and training
  • Other duties as assigned
