The HR Recruiter at Terros Health is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting process, focusing on attracting and securing top-tier talent for the organization. The recruiter will collaborate with various stakeholders to support workforce planning and drive consistent talent assessment approaches.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned positions, including posting, screening, selection, and onboarding.
  • Develop strategic sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Create innovative recruitment solutions to address staffing challenges.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, colleges, and industry groups to source qualified candidates.
  • Partner with business operations leadership on workforce planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a consistent approach to talent assessment and candidate experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant recruiting experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems (iCIMS).
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, conflict resolution, and judgment skills.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence leaders.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare recruiting is a plus.
