Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of hands-on project management experience, ideally within dynamic Human Resources environments.
  • Proven success managing global initiatives, with direct experience in HR projects and Mergers & Acquisitions.
  • Exceptional communication skills - written, visual, and verbal with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Skilled in juggling multiple priorities, managing timelines, and navigating deliverables in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, with a track record of bringing clarity to ambiguity and driving innovative solutions forward.
  • Tech-savvy, analytical in thought and detail-oriented, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead or key point of contact for multiple high-priority projects.
  • Prioritize and plan with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, key milestones, and timelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver consistent, efficient, and scalable solutions across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain clear, actionable project plans while monitoring progress, risks, and results.
  • Bring data to life with analytics and compelling visual storytelling that drive decision-making.
  • Take on special projects that allow you to flex your strategic and creative muscles.
