About The Position
The HR Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing various HR projects and the overall HR portfolio as a member of the HR Project Management Office. The HR PMO integrates project, program, and portfolio management functions to drive organizational success by aligning initiatives with strategic objectives and optimizing resource utilization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective planning, management, and execution of HR projects while ensuring they are aligned with strategic objectives and drive business value. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders including senior leadership within and outside HR, HR COEs, IT partners, and external vendors. The role is based in Houston, TX, or Bartlesville, OK.
