About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, talent development, employee engagement, communications, marketing, or related discipline.
  • 2 years of work experience in relevant fields.
  • Experience with visual communications, brand management, or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience leading small to mid-scale projects.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships and influence without formal authority.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems for scheduling and tracking.
  • Prior experience with HR data systems and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with Canva, ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Partner across the Organizational Effectiveness department and AS Human Resources organization to enhance employee experience.
  • Support program planning activities at all stages of the project life cycle.
  • Create cohesive employee experiences and ensure consistency in program branding and communications.
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual talent development events flawlessly.
  • Maximize end user experience at key program touch points through meaningful communications and engaging marketing materials.
  • Identify technology solutions to increase employee engagement and streamline program delivery processes.
