About The Position

As a HR Project Management Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives and projects at Honeywell. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering HR projects, programs, and initiatives that support the overall HR strategy and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and achievement of desired outcomes. In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and systems, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR project management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering HR projects and initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience with HR systems and tools.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute HR projects from initiation to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
