We are seeking an experienced Global HR Program Management Office Leader who will be responsible for overseeing the portfolio of Global Human Resources projects to ensure that they align with strategic company and functional objectives. This role involves three key aspects 1) Developing and managing the portfolio, which includes intake, prioritization, resource allocation, budget monitoring, and reporting on performance to leadership, 2) Creating and upskilling/coaching the function on Project Management standards 3) creating a change management and adoption philosophy that becomes core in project execution and measuring success. This role will be a critical member of the HR Capabilities and Solutions center of Expertise and will partner directly with the Digital HR Solutions team, the People Intelligence and Analytics team, and the Governance and Standards team.
