About The Position

The position involves coordinating and following up on incoming data and documents, maintaining payroll and HRIS systems with accurate up-to-date information, and ensuring the efficient processing of all location HR information for employees and non-employees. The role requires maintaining confidentiality of personal data, consistent communication with staffing agencies, and working with supervisors to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. The individual will be the main contact for hourly queries, responsible for posting promotional opportunities, coordinating interviews, and communicating details to selected candidates. Additional responsibilities include compiling monthly variables, coordinating employee engagement activities, and communicating personnel changes to relevant parties.
