We are looking for a talented HR Process and Technology Solutions Manager to join our team specializing in Human Resources for Cummins Inc. in Columbus, IN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Drive measurable improvements in HR efficiency by leading end‑to‑end evaluations of HR processes and recommending targeted, technology‑enabled optimization strategies. Translate complex user needs into clear, actionable system requirements and success criteria using user‑centered design principles. Partner with IT and vendors to evaluate, select, and implement HR technology solutions that align to business cases, including leading demos and proof‑of‑concepts. Elevate the intuitiveness and user experience of HR solutions by applying best‑fit UX frameworks and continuously improving usability and engagement. Ensure successful technology adoption by developing and executing comprehensive rollout strategies, including communications, training, process flows, and knowledge assets. Resolve systemic process challenges by leading root‑cause analysis of non‑technical issues and collaborating with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions. Deliver compliant, high‑quality technology implementations by leading testing and user acceptance efforts and partnering with IT, Ethics, and Legal to ensure data protection and regulatory adherence.
