Your Impact The primary purpose of this role is to provide tactical and strategic support for employment compliance programs and HR policies/procedures for all Lowe's locations. This includes responsibility for leading or more HR compliance program, ensuring efficient process, positive associate experience and compliance with state/federal laws and company policy. This role will provide proactive solutions and will also respond to complex or critical escalated associate, Legal government agency and subpoena requests. As such, this role must exercise a significant amount of discretion in handling and dealing with sensitive and confidential matters as well as data related to Lowe's and its current and former associates, vendors and customers. This role will routinely partner with other Centers of Excellence, leaders, HR business partners, etc. to resolve escalated issues, requests, or concerns. This role will use strong relationship-building, consultative and influencing skills; and exceptional interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with decision-makers at all levels.
